This is the fastest way to reach us, and the right address for every kind of question — your account, your membership, a payment, a profile you want to report, or anything that is simply not working.
What to include
So we can help without a round of questions, please tell us:
- the email address you use for CAShaadi;
- what you were trying to do, and what happened instead;
- for a payment or refund, the date and the amount.
Please do not send passwords or one-time codes. We will never ask you for them.
Reporting a member
If someone is behaving inappropriately, you can block them from their profile, which stops all contact immediately. Email us as well and we will look into the account.
Your account and your data
You can change what other members see, and delete your account entirely, from Settings. If you would rather we did it for you, or you want to know what we hold about you, write to us at the address above and we will take care of it.
Refunds and membership
Our Refund Policy explains what can be refunded and when. If your situation is not covered there, email us anyway and we will look at it properly.
